Family Bike Skills: Workshop & Ride, Sebastopol

Learn to safely navigate the streets in a variety of situations! Through fun drills and an engaging, instructional ride, kids and parents will build confidence and road readiness, both individually and as a group.

Topics covered: Lane positioning and riding in the same direction as cars on the road; intersection right of way and crossings; obeying traffic signs and signals; handling skills and signaling for safe riding.

Bikes must be in working order, and all cyclists must have helmets to participate. Kids must be able to ride a two-wheeled bicycle; younger children may participate in bike seats, trailers or trail-a-bikes.
