Smart Cycling

This class, co-sponsored by Bike Sebastopol, provides both lecture and ON-BIKE instruction.

You will need a bike in good working order, a helmet, and a mask. (We will be following all appropriate COVID protocols.)

Water, a snack, and hand sanitizer are also good things to bring!
